This site meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Accommodations for Service), 5773-2013.

Conformance Status

Accessibility accommodations were made according to the recommendations of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) for web content accessibility at Level AA and the international WCAG 2.0 document. Tests were conducted for the highest compatibility with the Chrome browser.

Color and Contrast

• In high contrast mode, all animations and flashing elements are disabled and text is enlarged by 25%.
• Grayscale mode is available for users who prefer reduced color stimuli.

Text Size and Zoom

• Zooming to 200% does not break the page layout or hide any information.
• The accessibility toolbar provides 3 levels of text enlargement.
• You can also use the following keyboard shortcuts to adjust text size:

• Ctrl + (plus) — Increase text size
• Ctrl - (minus) — Decrease text size
• Ctrl 0 — Reset to original size
• F11 — Toggle full screen mode

Keyboard Navigation

• The site supports full keyboard navigation using the Tab key, arrow keys, and Enter to activate links and controls.
• The Escape key closes menus and dialogs.
• Visible focus indicators appear on all interactive elements.

• Bilingual support with proper right-to-left (RTL) layout for Hebrew.
